Key Applications

These mounted and assembled components, as defined and specified by the customer, are often applied in optronics, laser installations and instruments, as well as other related fields including:
- Laser protection windows in welding robots
- Watch glass components (e.g. joining watch glass and magnifier lens)
- Head-up displays in airplanes (opto mechanical assembling)
- Assembling of components in test / control equipment (optical assembling)

Materials Used

All types of optical materials can be mounted and assembled:
- Borosilicate glass
- Optical glass
- Fused silica LITHOSIL ®
- Technical glass
- ZERODUR® glass ceramic
The materials can be assembled together with other types of material such as metals, synthetic materials, etc… In addition, the adhesives used are acrylates or epoxy-based adhesives.

We have developed specific installations, machines and tooling equipment to process in close adherence to customer-defined designs and specifications (such as positioning, optical centering, etc…).

Quality Assurance
|
Our quality control is based on self-checking during our production stages, as well as a rigorous final inspection. We are equipped with clean rooms to carry out the mounting operations according to specific customer’s requirements. Measuring instruments include 3D optical measurement, profilometers, interferometers, spectrophotometers, functional inspection etc. Inspection reports and certificates of conformance are also routinely supplied.
