Polished Prism

Polished prisms are optical elements used to deflect beams or rotate images, or to disperse or spectrally separate light. Depending on the need, prisms can have several forms. A major advantage of prisms over mirrors is the easier mechanical alignment.

  • Surface Quality: Down to 40/10 scratch/dig, special case 20/10


Quality Assurance

Our quality examinations include measuring surface flatness with a Zygo GPI interferometer (λ/10 accuracy), measuring surface quality with a white light interferometer as well as measuring the 3D dimensions with a Zeiss Vista CMM machine.
