Manager-Product Development

The Job

Hands-on professional to lead product development and application engineering in a broad based manufacturing environment. This includes process developments, as required for new products.

The Qualifications

Successful candidate will possess a BS, preferably a MS, in Mechanical Engineering and have extensive manufacturing experience. Must be capable of forming and leading multi-discipline, project based teams. Application of engineering principals to develop capabilities necessary for fulfilling unique product requirements is essential. Ideal candidate will have optical material or opto-electronic equipment experience. U.S. government contract management experience is a plus. Also must be capable of obtaining a U.S. government security clearance. Excellent computer, as well as oral and written communication skills, are required.
