Product Description
An electrical connector is a conductive device for joining electrical circuits or devices together. They are typically used in the transmission of electrical power or data and are made to resist a variety of harsh environmental conditions.
SCHOTT Electronic Packaging offers both standard connectors as well as modified connectors. Standard connectors refer to circular and rectangular connectors manufactured according to popular military specifications.
Modified connectors are connectors that are modified to suit a customer’s specific application:
- Special flanges
- Custom contact configuration
- Single glass beads for high pressure applications
- Double ended feedthroughs

Our products are capable of withstanding pressure of up to 50,000 PSI or even close to 100,000 PSI in some cases.
In addition, SCHOTT Electronic Packaging offers a number of important value-added services, such as increasing the flange size, changing pins, employment of exotic metals, wire harnesses and PC boards (both commercial and defense). For instance, when customers require our parts to be welded onto another component, we can offer a one-piece construction thereby helping our customers to reduce a weld operation and at the same time offer a much more robust part.

SCHOTT Electronic Packaging offers dependable connector solutions for a variety of different applications, including sensors, pressure sensors, transducers, piezo electronics, vibration sensors and products for use in monitoring such as gas detection.
