SCHOTT Electronic Packaging develops and manufactures hermetic packages for the protection of the sensitive electronics used in the defense industry. Our hermetic housings, customized and MIL-spec connectors, as well as battery covers based on glass-to-metal sealing technology, all meet the most stringent military specifications to ensure a long lifespan of reliability and safety, even in the harshest of environments.

For several decades, we have been providing products such as microelectronic packages for the long-lasting hermetic protection of sensitive components, thermal battery covers, lithium battery covers for missile guidance systems, thermal imaging and satellites to the defense industry.

Today, we are an important tier 3 supplier to the government. Participation in over 200 military programs and our status of being fully ITAR compliant ensures that we understand our customers’ objectives and offer the most reliable products and technologies that they are so very dependent on.
