Polarized Front Illumination

The workpiece is illuminated with polarized light. Polarized reflections from workpiece will be removed from the analyzer in front of the camera.

Advantages:

  • Reduction of reflection from highly reflective surfaces
  • Eliminates glare

Disadvantages:

  • Reduced light output
