The Putzbrunn site (near Munich). Production of amorphous silicon for customer-specific applications and standard amorphous silicon modules.

1980 development for amorphous silicon within MBB. 1988 foundation of PST (Phototronics Solartechnik). 1992 building-up of series production for amorphous solar modules. Since 1993 series production and sales of amorphous silicon modules as ASI®-OEM, framed modules ASI®-F and ASI® for BIPV.
