Characteristics of D 263™ thin glass

D 263™ is a borosilicate glass type manufactured using the purest raw materials.

Characteristics:

Outstanding:

  • Low-level mobility of alkali ions
  • High chemical resistance
  • High spectral transmission
  • Easy to cut
  • Excellent surface quality

Dimensions
  • Maximum: For thickneses 0.7 and 1.1 mm: 440 x 430 mm +/-10mm
For all other thicknesses: 440 mm x 360 mm (other sizes are available on request)
  • Thicknesses: 0.03 mm to 1.1 mm (special thicknesses on request)
  • Option of customized dimensions, processing and tolerances according to customer specifications.
  • Rectangular formats in all thicknesses; round / wafer formats 0.1 mm and above
