Applications



D 263® T eco glass



Thin glass type D 263® T eco is a colorless borosilicate glass which is produced without refining agents arsenic and antimony, using the down-draw technology process, which enables production in a very thin thicknesses between 0.03 and 1.1 mm.



This glass type is suitable for applications where the following properties are required:

  • Production without refining agents arsenic and antimony
  • Low-level mobility of alkali ions
  • Coefficient of thermal expansion close to ceramic
  • High chemical resistance
  • High transmission
  • Smooth fire-polished surface

D 263® T eco is available in many different thicknesses as stock sheets as well as in custom shapes such as squares or round wafers.
